We all tend to think that working out is essential to losing weight. While yes, it is, however, it barely helps us.

That is funny right? We’ve been taught since young that exercising is a necessity for losing weight instead of monitoring what we eat.
The first and most powerful way to lose weight is
1. Monitoring What You Eat
This is TOUGH.
However, here is the easiest way to combat this problem.
- Meal Prep
Meal prepping is basically having a cooked meal on you, where ever you go and at all times. I found this extremely easy once I made it a habit (only takes about 60 days). It eliminates the need to run to a fast food restaurant or find some unhealthy snack and saves you money in the long run.
All meal prepping consists of is making your meal (I usually have brown rice, grilled chicken and some sort of vegetables), and dividing them out evenly in Glad containers.

With this method you fan accelerate you progress in weight loss. It takes away the needs, you begin to feel healthier and it does not taste as bad as you think it does. Eating better does not mean taste bad. This is a hurdle I had to get over because I’ve always had an opinion that I did not have to eat well, only workout and sweat my ass off till by body was physical exhausted.
Not at all, if you master self-discipline and start your journey TODAY, I promise you within the week you will see improvements in how you look and how you feel.
2. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar Before and After Bed
I’ve been knowing of this method for years now, however, I’ve been skeptical this whole time.
Ever since drinking apple cider vinegar, I’ve been able to lose some fat from that annoying pelvic area of your abdominals, where it is extremely hard to flatten.
Outside of burning fat, another important benefit of sipping on water with apple cider in it, is that it cured things like bloat for me. There is evidence that chemical reactions occur within your body when the vinegar hits the acid in your stomach. It balances the pH levels (acidity), in which some times the release of gas is the result.
After your stomach is cleaned of the terrible bacteria and the discomfort is gone, you begin to feel invincible again and even more healthy.
3. Intermittent Fasting
This has the be the second hardest thing to do under watching what you eat.
To keep things simply, you want to go about 14-16 hours without eating – you can drink whatever you want. If you plan to fast, it is really not as hard as you think. First of all, the human body can go about 3 weeks without food, so you should not worry too much about starvation. Also, hungry is only a feeling (THIS IS IMPORTANT). If you are really considered about how hungry you are going to be during the 14-16 hours, you can drink black coffee when you wake up, and IT WILL SUPPRESS YOUR APPETITE.
Intermittent fasting workings by putting your body in caloric deficient. I like to call this the the burning fat point because that is essentially what your body is doing. When your body is not getting energy from foods with eat, it has to get energy from parts of our body such as adipose (fat) tissue and glucose storages.
I fast every single day since I’ve seen its power. When you complete the hours you will notice that you were extremely hungry but may not be able to eat much. This is important because this is your actual stopping point. Your stomach is full, so don’t let your mind trick you into eating more.
This is by far my favorite method because it starts working immediately from day one depending on your body mass index.
